Health Provider Access and Use Information for the Support Portal

The Health Solutions platform consists of groups of secure portals and connections. A member support system of health coaches, agents, health providers, and other member users.
All of which can be accessed through any device at any time. This access allows for searchable answers to your health questions in addition to our health coach's personal approach to your case management.


Step 1: Support Portal Invitation
Make sure you received the invitation link to the Support Portal on your email, the link will direct you to the home page https://support.2cations.com/portal/es/signin


Step 2: Log In 

Use your email address as your user, you set your own password, once you complete this information click ‘sign in’




Once you log in, you will be able to access our different categories such as:




Step 3: Create a Case

Select the ‘My Area’ section where you will be able to record and manage your cases and keep a track on the status of each of your patients, we select the 'Add case' option to create a new case.


It is important to specify if is a treatment support case or a provider support.


Step 4: Case Information

Case form will appear on the screen, you can add your patient's email address as a secondary contact in order to be CC on the email chain and case updates.
Here is an example of all the information that must me fill on the form.











































You can also attach a file to the case in order to have complete information. Once you complete the form click ‘submit’

Your case will be created and will appear in the ‘My Area’ section.



You will receive a confirmation of the created case by email.

One of our support agents will contact you to provide the appropriate treatment protocol for your case based on the information you provide.


Step 5: Keep your case updated

It is important to keep the case information updated and monitored for continuous improvement in terms of dosage and patient response.
You can click on the ‘Reply’ button to summarize the updates and images in regards to the patient's progress.
