Author: Laboratories of Immunological Specialties. LEI. M. en C. Israel Velázquez Martínez. (2020).

Methods: The test was carried out based on the Mexican Official Standard NMX-BB-040-SCFI-1999 for the determination of antimicrobial activity in germicide products. AntifungaI disinfectant activity by fungicide challenge (A. brasiliensis). ATCC 16404.

Results: Initial viable account (UFC/mL) 57,000,000 vs Final viable account (UFC/mL) 25,000.

Conclusions: During the analysis, a percentage of reduction of 99.95614035% of the population of Aspergillus brasiliensis was determined after 30 seconds of contact with the product Ion Gel ZCM-25®, supporting its antifungal activities.
